With the NHS’ pledge to go paperless by 2018, a lot of hospitals and GP surgeries are seeing the benefits of digitising their documents. Sometimes it’s a little more complex than scanning a document though so that’s where data capture can help.

Data capture can extract information from forms, surveys and questionnaires making them fully editable and letting you collect the information for reports or simply store the files for easier access and sharing.

Using three different kinds of software, we can capture typed text, marks or ticks and structured handwriting (one letter per box). We can also use manual data entry for unstructured handwriting which involves our experienced staff accurately typing the handwritten data from your forms and surveys.

We offer a completely bespoke service so you can choose which of the above formats you think will best suit your needs. We can also give you advice on this decision if you’re not sure.

We upgrade our scanners to keep in line with the latest scanning technology and ensure we are providing the best possible scanning service at all times.
